Extremly Dirty. If you come with children they don’t let you pay on the right side, man in suit enters, is allowed to pay there, if you stand in line, they actually let people skip from the side, serve anyone BEFORE one with children, let you wait on different lines. They offer a tray to fit people without kids, not to me with kids, then let the kids wait outside for the icecream…. Extremely rude man, I don’t need to be treated extra with children, but equally. And I wish to teach my children some manners, hard when entering in these kind of places. We travel a lot and I expected Italy to be much more friendly. I visited Artisti del Gusto Illy two days ago, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The staff was incredibly rude. When I placed my order inside, they told me to go and sit at a table, which felt unwelcoming. To make matters worse, when my order arrived, they added an extra 30% to the bill under the pretext of 'service' charges, with no prior indication that such charges would apply. Staff barely wished to communicate and couldn't care less what I wished to order. When asked why there was a discrepancy between the menu items and my bill, I was told that items are pricier for sitting down. Well, I wasn't asked if I was after takeaway or eating in to begin with!
