Farinella — Restaurant in Rome

Firstly, we came in smiling and asking for a table of 4, their employee let alone being in a good attitude and smiling, rather he guide us to the most corner table and it was not clean and below it has some food and some red sauce. All their tables were free by the way.

Secondly, the food we have ordered are buffelina and mushroom pizza, the buffelina was acceptable but the mushroom pizza was absolutely disgusting. When talked to another employee about it they said well why they taste bad and tried to judge our taste, the irony we have tasted mushroom pizza from Napoli and Rome which all of them tasted good at least to perfect, but the employee said that "well i am sure it tasted good, you guys are the only people that did not like it", that attitude we have received is absolutely horrible.

Thirdly, after eating a slice of that mushroom pizza ( i do not like to leave a piece food that touches my mouth, so even when it tasted bad i tried to complete it) which made my stomach hurts, because of it i could not eat the buffelina i have orderd.

Lastly, when i asked for the washroom to wash my hands, they said they are cleaning it, do they really need to close the washroom that is separated from the toilet for "cleaning ", i will leave this at that.

We have a plane to catch otherwise this whole thing turned to different confrontation.

In conclusion, This restaurant staff is either racist or just not working properly. Such people were the first i have encountered with this attitude in italy. Not deserving of 4...

We had my daughter’s birthday party at FARINELLA at Castel Romano Outlet last night, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The pizza was truly Neapolitan, made with high-quality ingredients that captured the authentic taste of Naples. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Special thanks to Mr. Massimo and Ms. Clementina, who were incredibly accommodating and made organising the party so smooth and hassle-free. The prices were very reasonable for the exceptional quality of food and service. A particular shoutout to Thomas, who was friendly, professional, and added to the overall positive experience.

The restaurant comfortably hosted our group of around 30 people on a long L-shaped table, and everyone was blown away by the delicious food and outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening and will definitely return whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommended! Raffaele &...

Terrible service, rude staff, overpriced food...big mistake eating at this restaurant. We were a family of 8, last night in Rome after s fantastic vacation in Italy, entered the restaurant at 7:30 pm. Right at the get go, the atmosphere was clearly unwelcoming, Elvi particularly was condescending and clearly not fit to be in the hospitality industry. Our order was taken and despite repeating the order, the order came in wrong. When we asked for a reorder of pastas were informed the kitchen had been closed! So we had to leave half done and find food in another restaurant. Unlike any restaurant we have ever been to we were never asked for last orders before the kitchen closed! When we brought this up with Elvi, she was argumentative, and complained that she had been working for 12 hours and it was our fault that we did not order enough at the start! all the staff including Salvatore were surly, sour faced and more interested in closing...
