Il locale è molto carino a mio avviso, ben arredato e tenuto sia nell'area esterna sia internamente. Il cibo pure è buono, noi abbiamo preso un panino con la tartare e uno con l'hamburger e la cicoria ed erano molto buoni entrambi. Ci sono solo un paio di pecche, di cui una molto grave: 1) la cosa più tranquilla riguarda il panino con la tartare: a mio avviso è sbagliato concettualmente il tipo di pane che usano perché il ripieno è morbido e quindi deve essere messo in un panino che sia facile da mordere e che sia croccante. Il pane che usano è si una rosetta (tipologia di pane perfetta in questo caso), ma usano le rosette panose non quelle vuote e croccanti; per me, cambiassero il pane, sarebbe un panino stratosferico perché con quello che usano adesso sono più le volte che si mangia il ripieno dal piatto che dal panino. 2) a mio parere è gravissima la situazione del bagno: le porte sono praticamente incollate al pavimento e non si spostano facilmente e poi c'è una puzza di uovo marcio che si sente chiaramente. Meglio se lo sistemano perché non è possibile avere un locale così bello e frequentato (visto che il centro commerciale è un punto anche turistico) e poi presentare dei servizi igienici così di basso livello. I costi sono contenuti e in linea comunque con quello che offrono. Menzione d'onore per la limonata che ho trovato spaziale e per il sistema di ordinazione tramite app che è ben fatta e molto facile da usare (oltre che intuitiva)

When you are Hungary then everything tastes great but this place was not bad at all, given that this is the only place we found that served vegetarian option… We did try both veggie and chicken burgers and they were good, the chips were nice but a little oily … the lemon juice was way too sour unfortunately but overall we were satisfied at the end of the meal.

Uno dei peggiori hamburger mangiati in vita mia. Carne bollita, e siete un hamburgeria 😔 patatine inesistenti 3 fettine di Chips, Ho chiesto prima di assaggiarle alla cameriera se era normale la porzione di 3 fettine di Chips, mi ha risposto sì sono poche 🤔, va bene ci può stare era tanto per farle assaggiare e poi magari ordinarle a parte. O mio dio le Chips erano pochea quello era il minore dei problemi, erano disgustose, fredde gommose. Un panino di 13 euro millantato come carne di fassona allevata etc.. 🤢 carne non grigliata a temperatura, aromi niente, cottura ho chiesto al sangue la carne Era bollita e non si vedeva il rossore interno era solo grigia... Sembrava carino da fuori ma e qualcosa di vergognoso.. poi 3 euro l'acqua da mezzo litro, e 2 euro a testa di coperto 🫢😡 quasi 30 euro per un hamburger che non darei nenache al mio peggior nemico.. l'unico ristorante dentro al outlet quindi non vi interessa la qualità ? Ok liberi di proporre cio che volete.

Not sure about the food yet been waiting for the past 45 mins, service is damn bad, far worst than the average rude Italian restaurants, waiter at the door is totally unorganised, hopefully the food will be their saving grace... Will follow up review on food. Update: kitchen help is actually courteous, food is average. Pass unless you dun have a choice.

We have had three different burgers with fries and each a Coke. The burgers were OK, fries were a little bit too less on that big plate. And yes, it were fries, not those chips which you see on the pictures at the ordering tablet 🤷🏽‍♂️ We paid 53€ for it, definitely not cheap. If you want to have more for your money, better cross the street and go to Burger King. The quality will be the same but the toilets will at least be clean. Pretty poor meals. First we ordered one burger with cheese and bacon and some chicken breast with grilled vegetables. Both meals were awful. Burger was served in bun that wasn't grilled and it wasn't so fresh, but the meat was tasty. And it came with - crisps not French fries.
