Fungo Bistrò — Restaurant in Rome

Decent restaurant. We ordered pasta’s, pizza’s and steak (this was was excellent, generous and definitely more that 500 gram). All dishes were a good, fresh and good taste. Premetto che ho visitato questo bistrot solo per un caffè, non ho consumato al ristorante. La prima cosa da evidenziare di questo locale è il particolare edicio (riserva idrica per il quartiere dell'Eur, poi trasformata in ristorante), diventa un luogo iconico per i romani. È stato costruito negli anni 60, ma è negli anni successivi che diventa un punto d'incontro e uno dei locali di ritrovo più esclusivi di Roma. Fu anche oggetto di un attentato esplosivo. Dispone di un ristorante con vista panoramica esclusiva sull'Eur. Queste caratteristiche fanno si, che i prezzi adottati siano differenti rispetto a una location con meno "storia". Per tutte queste peculiarità devo mettere una stella in più.Come premesso non posso dare valutazioni sulla qualità dei piatti del ristorante, però per quanto riguarda il personale, mi è sembrato cortese e gentile. Se siete in zona, vale la pena di fermarsi almeno per un caffè ed ammirare questa particolare di trasformazione...
