Laboratorio 3 — Restaurant in Rome

Several days ago we celebrated a birthday here and it was one of the most terrible places we’ve ever visited. The service was awful, personal just can’t communicate in a proper way and can’t explain a thing (we ordered starters and didn’t know what was included and the waiter won’t even try to tell us more about it, the only thing he told us was “wait till I bring it, then you’ll see”). With such an attitude I wouldn’t let even my dog to dine in here. We ordered arrosticini and waited for 2 hours, and we’ve ordered them right at the beginning. That’s when we realized how awful the place is. There were a lot of us and the food we ordered clearly wasn’t enough so we decided to order more. But as even small dishes here need a long time to be ready, we had to cancel the order as by that time our main dishes were ready. To tell the truth the pizzas were not excellent but good enough. Ieri sera abbiamo ordinato 4 pizze d asporto, arrivati a casa una volta aperto i cartoni ci accorgiamo che le pizze sono minuscole, io sono pizzaiolo e le.pizze così piccole le facevo apposta per i bambini e le chiavamo.baby... seconda cosa, l impasto era indecente, bordo biscottato, solitamente per avere una pizza biscotto vuole dire che l'impasto viene fatto la mattina per la sera, o peggio il pomerigio per la sera, in più se la pallina non lievita e resta fredda si ritira, ecco spiegato perché queste baby pizze.. forse avranno il pizzaiolo in ferie e preso un incompetente a sostituirlo, per finire ho preso una marinara che aveva la stessa quantità di pomodoro che si utilizza per una pizza con la mozzarella,. Quindi la mia essendo solo rossa con quel poco pomodoro era secca ed il pomodoro di bassa qualità.. Per non parlare della focaccia bianca con il crudo che abbiamo preso, era indecente, ma tutte e 4 le pizze facevano pietà.. Le bruschette salsiccia e mascarpone insapore, che razza di ingredienti ci sono se nemmeno la bruschetta è saporita Quindi attenzione a chi mettete a fare l'impasto, perché se mandate in ferie il pizzaiolo, e poi mettete un incapace in cucina non potete servirmi un prodotto del genere, imbarazzante, ma comunque la qualità dei prodotti sono bassi e qui e il titolare che dovrebbe sborsate qualcosa di più perché è sempre pieno il locale ma ci tiene poco ai clienti, e ci sono tanti locali sempre pieni di bassa qualità quindi non mi rifilate la scuse per...

Wir waren innerhalb weniger Tage zwei Mal dort. Wie ich in anderen Rezessionen gelesen hatte, ist wohl Bruschetta, Lammfleisch-Spieschen und Pizza sehr beliebt. Das hatten auch wir gewählt. Es war super und der Preis fast nur halb so hoch wie in Stadtmitte. Meine Frau fand es allerdings nicht ganz so gut. Macht Euch selbst ein Urteil: Bruschetta mit Tomaten war wie erwartet gut, der Rand etwas zu schwarz, diese Rindenteile hatten wir übrig gelassen. Gut war auch Bruschetta mit Salsicce und Mascarpone. Die Wurst ist sehr zerkleinert und eher wie ein Aufstrich. Die Lammspieße sind gegrillt und sehr aromatisch. Meiner Frau etwas zu fett, aber ich finde dass das Fett wichtig ist für die Saftigkeit und den Geschmack. Das Fett sieht man übrigens nicht direkt, man ahnt aber dass es sonst wohl nicht so gut wäre. Wer Mal gegrilltes dry aged Rind oder spanisches Eichelschwein gegessen hat, weiß was ich meine. Und die Pizza ist auch sehr besonders: Hauchdünner sehr knuspriger Teig. Für mich ist das ein Flammkuchenteig. Meiner Frau war das zu hart und zu wenig flaumig. Ich fand es aber großartig. Da auf den Pizzas ein Crudo- Schinken nachträglich drauf kommt, hatte ich beim zweiten Mal direkt nur eine Margarita bestellt, was ich sonst nicht so mag. War extrem gut.
