Completely local Roman cousin. Perfect, just perfect experience for those looking for real Italian food, in not touristic place, with a great local atmosphere, visitors etc. Here you don't find a pizza ala turístico. No, here you find a traditional Italian pasta and all traditional antipasta. The menu is very short. The waitor doesn't even ask a local guests what to bring, he knows what they want, and it seems they know the menu by hard, so it is only for rare outside guests like me and my husband. I recommend all to try. And water is being served here for free, all the time. The wine is only one, this is home wine, which perfectly suits to pasta. You don't have to worry about anything. The waitor will refresh the bottle of wine when it is empty you don't even see how and what, so fast and attentive the are. If you are a tourist, never go there. They will make you wait ethernally while you watch all the locals pass Infront of you. Aufull service unpleasant people...never go there. To the owner. Esperienza pessima,siamo state accolte da un cameriere poco cortese e scontroso. Non essendoci menù a tavola abbiamo chiesto il menu e la risposta è stata:volete che ve lo dico io a voce? Sennò lo leggete su fb o inst(il tutto con aria scocciata,come se fosse scontato). Chiediamo 2 carbonare senza pepe sopra e all'arrivo dei piatti il cameriere ci dice che comunque un po di pepe c'era per il guanciale,ci dà i piatti pieni di pepe sopra. Ovviamente faccio presente l'errore mi viene rifatto il piatto mentre dalla cucina ci guardavano e ridevano(lascio a voi cosa abbiamo potuto pensare). Finita la cena verso le 22.30 sempre il cortese cameriere si avvicina e ci dice : ve porto il conto? (Come a sollecitarci per andare via). Locale sporco(sul tavolo c'erano le briciole ancora prima di iniziare la cena) ,poco curato,spoglio e soprattutto semivuoto quindi seguire 3 tavoli non dovrebbe essere cosi stressante e ingestibile. I piatti non erano male..ma purtroppo tutto il resto non ci farà tornare più.
