The quality of the food truly exceeded my expectations. The location isn’t the best, being a bit away from the city center. Chioschetto ricavato all'interno del mercato Irnerio, nonostante sia prospiciente la via Aureliana, risulta abbastanza tranquillo e appartato. Non dispone di servizi igienici propri ma questi sono pubblici e comunque facilmente accessibili. La cucina è a vista ed è possibile seguire, in ogni momento, la preparazione della vostra pietanza. Menù essenziale ma completo di quasi tutti i principali must della cucina romana. A conduzione famigliare, il proprietario, la moglie e la figlia sono sempre alle prese coi fornelli e sapranno dispensare ogni utile consiglio nella scelta del pasto. Carbonara e gricia superlative. Come anche le polpette di melanzane, preparate al momento dalla più giovane della troupe. Discreta scelta di birre e vini. Qualche leggero intoppo nel servizio non ha tuttavia pregiudicato l'esito della serata, addolcita, alla fine, da una calda e croccante "ciavatta" con la Nutella. Piacevole esperienza, assolutamente consigliata per un pranzo o una cena informali.

Idealnie ugotowany makaron, świeże składniki, guanciale chrupiące, ale nie twarde, idealnie słona, cudownie pieprzna, tłusta i pełna smaku! Żałujemy, że dopiero ostatniego dnia naszego pobytu w Rzymie trafiliśmy na to miejsce. Właściciel to przemiły człowiek który wkłada w to miejsce serce i wspomnienia. Nie oczekuj tutaj złotych sztućców i kryształowych kieliszków - tutaj oczekuj prawdziwej kwintesencji Włoskiego mistrzostwa kulinarnego, klimatu i gościnności godnej prawdziwego Włocha. A deser? Chcesz tiramisu jak od babci? Żółtego od jajek, a nie białego od śmietany? To tym bardziej musisz trafić w to miejsce! Coś wspaniałego. Długo będę pamiętał tą przygodę. What a fabulous surprise! My companion and I were trying to relive an experience at a Cucina Romana from 48 years ago, but this was not the place we were looking for. But since we were already there we decided to stay. We were certainly glad we did! The owner, Daniele, treated us like well-loved family.
