Ozio Restaurant — Restaurant in Rome

We are staying in the hotel at the moment, and thought we would give this restaurant a shot, we came for dinner tonight. Apparently there was a group coming and they made us feel not so welcome probably because of this. We sat at a corner, and they were all the time busy managing tables around us and not paying any attention to us. This was already a not very comforting situation. Before we came here, we infact were thinking about taking the menu, but I am vegetarian. When we order, I asked the waiter about the vegetarian options. He didn’t even mention the menu, just said they have the fettuccine. I said, I see that, but on the menu it says it is with fish, then he replied oke it is not an option then. (?) Then he suggested risotto with shrimps (22€) but without the shrimps. I aggreed. When we get our food, he didn’t even say enjoy or something. At the end, I needed to pay the full price for the food… some rice with saus for 22€. It is still unbelievable for me. (In this case, they could have even give the shrimps to my boyfriend who eats meat, but in the place they just charged the full price and left it out.) Initially, we wanted to take desserts and coffee after, but like I said, we felt that they needed the space for the group, so we left, infact very unsatisfied and after seeing the bill indeed with an extra bad taste in our mouth. RISPONDO ALLA RISPOSTA DEI PROPIETARI IL SECONDO GIRO DI BEVUTE CHE ABBIAMO PAGATO DEL VINO CHE CI AVETE IMPOSTO SCADENTE E’ STATA EDUCAZIONE NEI CONFRONTI DEI NOSTRI INVITATI CHE NON SAPEVANO CHE DOPO 30 MINUTI SI SAREBBERO DOVUTI ALZARE E NON AVEVAMO LA POSSIBILITÀ’ NE LA VOGLIA DI CHIAMARE UN POSTO ALL’ULTIMO SECONDO SENZA PRENOTAZIPNE DI VENERDÌ SERA. Vado spesso come cliente sulle varie terrazze di Roma e questa e’ di sicuro la peggiore in cui sia mai stata. E’ una fabbrica per levare i soldi ai turisti, e le persone che lavorano sono scortesi incapaci con una selezione di vini pessima. Avevo prenotato un tavolo per 6 persone in vista del compleanno del mio ragazzo oltre a dirmi appena arrivata che il tavolo lo dovevamo lasciare dopo nemmeno un ora non abbiamo potuto prendere le bottiglie perché il direttore ci ha chiaramente detto che loro ci dovevano guadagnare e quindi conveniva che noi prendevamo i calici.
