Pizzeria Calda e Croccante — Restaurant in Rome

We came to Rome for a vacation and stayed at iH Hotels Roma Z3. We tried to find a restaurant near the hotel, and this one is very close, about a 6-minute walk away. The owner was very nice and was willing to custom-make our pizza. He also kindly sent cheese balls for free. We ordered two big pizzas with two drinks, and it only cost 20 euros, which is the most inexpensive meal we had during our vacation in Italy. Calda, croccante e.... Inesistente!!!! Avessi potuto mettere zero, lo avrei messo. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze da asporto alle ore 20.00. L'arrivo dell'ordine era previsto entro e non oltre le 21.10. Alle ore 21.15 chiama la pizzeria dicendo che ci sarà mezz'ora di ritardo nella consegna e rispondiamo in modo paziente. Alle ore 21.45 ci è stato detto che la consegna sarebbe partita dopo altri 15 minuti con una serie indefinita di giustificazioni. La consegna non ci è mai arrivata. Non abbiamo ricevuto neanche una chiamata di scuse (comunque inaccettabili) perche la pizzeria ha fatto chiamare il servizio di consegna che ci ha detto che la pizza non è arrivata per mancanza di prodotti a disposizione.
