I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi e Noodles in Prati, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and elegant, with a modern yet cozy décor that perfectly complements the exquisite cuisine.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and well-cared for. The service was impeccable; the waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and explain the various dishes on the menu, showcasing their passion and expertise.
Now, onto the food—absolutely outstanding! Every piece of sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The nigiri and sashimi were particularly impressive, with the fish melting in your mouth. The creative rolls were a delightful surprise, each one a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The quality of ingredients was evident in every bite, making it clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft.
In addition to the sushi, the menu offers a variety of other Japanese delicacies that are equally delicious. The tempura was light and crispy, and the miso soup was rich and comforting.
Overall, Sushi e Noodles in Prati is a gem that I highly recommend to any sushi lover. The combination of excellent service, superb food, and charming atmosphere makes it a standout choice in Rome. I can’t...
Read moreI must say I’m disappointed as I’ve been to this restaurant before. Today a Saturday afternoon there was only 1 couple besides me… the Tempura Soba Ramen I ordered first came n I tasted the broth n it was super salty that I had to reject it n ask for a much less salty broth … the same soba was used n by then it was so soggy n broth was tasteless … it’s obviously cooked by some foreigners who has not tasted a good ramen broth. The tempura was very oily n you could smell that it was cooked on reused oil …. This is such a disgrace n disappointment despite so many good comments on the review … I guess most of them are foreigners ( white people ) not...

Seafood was a part of the dish but it for some reason, the taste didnt come out. . Steamed SioMai has too much meat inside and didnt taste fresh. . Fried rice was much close to Chinese Fried rice. If you expect Japanese food. Don't visit. Sadly, if you expect chinese taste also, then this is not the one for you. They need a re-direction. Either to go for an authentic chinese menu, or Japanese menu. One thing that is commendable is their service. 정말...
