I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this place deserves an exception. My family was simply looking to raise blood sugar after visiting catacombs. We were hungry and grumpy and needed food. This place happened to be nearby. It turned into a surprisingly good experience. It’s a family-run restaurant that has been in business for nearly 100 years. Many of their pastas are homemade, the bread was much better than we’ve been getting elsewhere, the portions were generous, etc. They even gave us a bottle of their house label wine as a thank you for our business. Read moreWe had a lovely time. The staff were very nice and spoke English well. The food was yummy! We both had the Fettuccine Ragù with fresh pasta and it was delicious! My husband finished my plate after I could anymore! The house white was also very nice to drink! I wish I got the name of the nice lady who took our payment at the front desk, she asked where we were from and where our travels were taking us and proceeded to give us a little gift to remember their restaurant by!
