We were looking for place to eat while we were waiting for our train in Salerno. Found this Pizza place nearby and heard it was napoli style pizza which we wanted to try. We went in and the waitress with blonde curly hair and glasses was very helpful, although she spoke italian she could understand what we were saying in english and we told her we needed to catch a train in 30 mins and if she could make us a pizza in time. 5 mins later 2 vegetarian pizzas with drinks for 4! Very fast, friendly and great pizza. The best pizza we tasted in Italy, it was thin and had good crisp on the edges, seriously good and price wasn't much! I had to give a tip to the waitress for her help and friendly service :) Will definitely come back here again when in Salerno. Thank you! *The shop sign has changed so I have added the newer sign so its easy to find the shop.

One of the best pizzas of our lives, if not the best! Everything else was amazing too including the beef meatballs and salted caramel dessert. Service was impeccable even though we had to speak Italian due to virtually no English of the waitress but this just added to the authenticity of the restaurant. The pizza dough was so light and fluffy and resulted in no bloatation whatsoever it explains why pizza is not really an unhealthy dish in Italy since the ingredients were clearly super fresh. This pizza easily competes with the best of Naples and the rest of the world. Thank you so much we will definitely be back next time in Salerno and perhaps even justify an entire visit to Salerno. This pizzeria is amazing and made Salerno! It’s next to the train station and if you’re going to Solano or mafic because I suggest you try, ! Omg, I almost can’t describe the deliciousness of the meatballs that I just experienced, with this fried pizza dough that I’ve only had as a small bite at other pizzerias. I wish I had the stomach to eat the whole thing, but plenty to share or take home. The sauce was perfectly flavored and smooth and creamy and all of the parts of this meatball pizza Balance each other perfectly. It was so good, this restaurant should be on one of those Food Network shows because they have the best pizza dough and meatball I have tried internationally.

The pizzas were all good but we found the dough to be softer than other restaurants but it was still fine. The appetisers were only ok the montanarine fritte platter was not exciting. The menu is unclear when it comes to the ricotta stuffed pizzas we ordered one but apparently we had to specifically say we want it stuffed eventough we showed the pizza in the ricotta section. The utensils were kinda cheap our forks bent and they use disposable plastic cups too. In general it was a nice place but not the greatest

The pizza was incredible, I think it was one of the best we have tried during our trip to Italy. I kept telling my family to get away from touristy places because the food wasn’t that good… and this place is definitely not touristy. It’s cozy, small, but spacious, and the food is delicious. I got my brother a pizza to-go, and even when he ate it cold (because he took forever to eat it), he said it was the best pizza he ate. Also, for the quality of food and the portion you are getting, it’s very affordable!!

My oh my, we stopped here to pass time between the ferry and the train. We ordered whatever looked like it had sausage and we got a fried pizza with sauce on top. At first I thought wow no cheese?? And you cut into it and there’s cheese in the center and sausage. By far one of the best pizzas we’d ever had in our lives. We split a half and it was plenty! We clearly hated it if you can see our after pictures. For sure stop here! 🤗
