Baita Ciampac Hütte — Restaurant in Salten-Schlern - Salto-Sciliar

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We booked a table at 2:30 pm, they sat us at 3:20, from the menu available most of the dishes were sold out, the service unprofessional and very unready to customer requests. Kitchen closed at 3 so automatically most of the things ordered are cancelled after 5 minutes of further waiting because the menu was no longer available. In the meantime not an excuse, not a kindness, just the claim that everything goes ok. Not recommended, there are many other nearby huts that can meet your requests, recommended Baita Frainela and the valley less than 100...

I am sorry to write this but service was horrible. We waited for almost 40minutes and nobody cared. We could not even order drinks let alone some meal. The waiter did not even look at us. I also came inside the hut to remind them of us sitting outside, waiting, but we just got a cold answer that they are busy and that we were waiting 15min only which was not true. We had to leave so we did not even try the food...

A great place to come with kids for a nice day in the nature. The restaurant has a very nice play-house outside, wooden horses, a slid and a swing. Very good gluten-free options, but also very good local food can be enjoyed both inside or outside.
