Honestly I rarely give negative reviews but this needs to be said. I truly don't understand the glowing reviews of this place. I read the reviews, came and was very disappointed. (This was hands down the worst meal of our 2 week Puglia trip.) The waiter was nice and that was the only redeeming quality. We ordered the Gallipoli shrimps (decent), 2 pastas and sea bass. The 2 pastas (especially the seafood one) barely had any flavor. I could make something better at home myself, and I'm no chef. We also ordered the sea bass and again 0 flavor! The waiter came out and placed a salt shaker next to the fish when it came out. That is not a good sign!! The food was NOT refined at all, and not what I expected to find at a highly recommended restaurant. And to make things even crazier the meal was 90 euro. Check my other reviews, we are foodies and will gladly pay 100 euro pp for an amazing meal and experience. This was totally not worth the money. Ci consigliano il locale, chiamiamo per la prenotazione e ci viene detto che sono finiti i tavoli all'esterno peró hanno posto all'interno. Accetto pensando ai benefici dell'aria condizionata... ecco voi non fatelo! L'interno consiste in tre tavoli giusto per "non perdere coperti" posizionati tra bagno e locali di servizio. Quindi un costante andirivieni di persone. L'aria condizionata dá refrigerio solo se puntata direttamente sulle cervicali, una volta spostata, al caldo si aggiunge la sensazione di soffocamento. Il cibo buono ma non proporzionato ai prezzi (trovate delle spine sulla pasta con ragù di rana pescatrice, tortino portato al tavolo congelato impossibile da scalfire con il cucchiaio). Personale insufficiente che non riesce a seguire adeguatamente i clienti. Chiaramente avevamo chiesto sin da subito la possibilità di cenare fuori nel caso in cui si fosse liberato un tavolo.. Ci viene detto che é impossibile. Fatalità un tavolo é rimasto libero per tutta la durata della cena, al momento del conto chiediamo spiegazioni ed in effetti la prenotazione era stata annullata. Insomma servizio pessimo. Peccato era la nostra prima...

Suite à une visite dans ce restaurant, en basse saison ! Nous n’avons pas réservé pour info !

J’ai vu les avis Google, ce qui nous a donné envie de découvrir ! 2 salles .. une avec cheminée et une autre. On nous a mis seul dans la seconde salle (seul au monde, vraiment à part de la population italienne 😂)

Je vois un employé passer avec un bac « Poisson congelé » à la base c’est un resto traiteur (on est à 10km de la mer, bref) Le pompon … c’est le dessert ! On demande 2 tiramisu !! Ok 👍🏻

À première vu, on se demande pourquoi il y a de la crème liquide .. finalement on a vite compris.. qu’il était congelé et passer au micro-ondes ! C’était une glace de tiramisu !!! 🥵🥵

Je demande à la serveuse (peut-être patronne), elle m’explique qu’il est fait dans les cuisines mais « la mascarpone ne se garde pas » donc obligé de le congelé ! Enfin bref.. je déconseille ce resto ! On est en Italie.. J’imaginais tellement mangé un bon tiramisu frais .. Déeeeeçuuuuu 😰
