Today, my two children and I ordered 4 sandwiches in this restaurant (3 Michelangelos and 1 continado, totaling 37 euros). My husband paid with a 50 euro note and got 11 euros back. He explained this in English at the time. The lady was confused. Then instead of the 4 sandwiches, we got 2. Because she said the order was for 19 euros. Entered the restaurant and were met with very friendly ciao from the male Asian cook.

Ordered the vegetarian focaccia and took it with me to dondoli to stand in line. Took a few bites there to realise it was incredibly DRY. No olive oil, no cheese no sauce. It was difficult to chew and digest so I went back to ask for some sauce.

As soon as I told him, the same male cook turned cold, unfriendly and standoffish. He was very hesitant to give us sauce??? He said ‘oh it’s dry’ ok….. What kind of sauce you want? I said pomodoro. No eye contact “We don’t have pomodoro”. Okay… what do you have? 30 seconds no reply while I could SEE him applying a green sauce to a focaccia. The chef and owner was very nice and very generous with his portions!

The ingredients... simply said: WOW... from the pistachio pesto, regular pesto, creamy home made cheese, the Salami, prosciutto, mortadella and dried tomatoes.... the list goes on!!
