Avoid at all costs The service is shocking

We were shown to our table then had to wait 10mins for someone to take our drinks order 2 wines a Coke zero and a bottle of water 10 minutes later the drinks arrived no coke zero a further 5 mins and a coke arrived we decided it's too much hassle to get it changed to zero. The pizzas were too thin (I know Italian pizzas are meant to be thin) the sauce just soaked through and made them soggy in the middle. We didn't order anything else and just wanted to leave the bill was the dearest we'd paid for 2 adults & 2 children, when I questioned a 12€ charge they said it was a service charge, in the whole two weeks we never had a service charge forced onto us on the bill. Absolute scam merchants - tried to add a €5 service charge to our bill yet could not point out where it said on the bill when challenged about this. When we asked for the manager was informed he ‘didn’t speak English’ and waiter threatened to call police when we challenged him on this. He said ‘so you are refusing the bill?’ - NO - just the extra €5. Massive scene caused in the restaurant and informed he couldn’t remove the charge. Ok- call the police and we will play this out in front of all you customers! Waiter pretends to call police (but probably calling his girlfriend or mother) Different waitress, went to till and removed the service charge, we paid and left - but with massive dissatisfaction which could have been totally avoided. Arrivati oggi per un weekend e alloggiati vicino, decidiamo di pranzare presso questo locale (sono le 14,00) entriamo e ci accordiamo all’Interno con aria condizionata, possibilità di pranzare fuori con un bella brezza marina. Ci accolgono e prendono le comande in pochissimo tempo (saremo stati una decina) 2 primi, gnocchetti di patate artigianali agli scampi (freschissimi) e pomodorini ed io lunette ripiene di ricotta e limone con burrata e mentuccia. Porzioni normali,(giuste) sapori delicati ma gustosi, ben impiattati. Per concludere 2 dolci, macedonia di ananas e fragole con gelato alla vaniglia e mia moglie una macedonia classica. Buone gustose, forse sulla mia sarebbe stato meglio innaffiarla con il liquore (potevo sempre chiedere, comunque).bagni pulitissimi, ambiente molto colorato e giovanile, musica rock pop di sottofondo. 1 bottiglie di acqua un calice di vino bianco e 2 caffè per completare il pasto. 74,00 euro di conto. Comunque nella norma a Sanremo, forse per il mio modesto parere un po’ troppo alto il prezzo del calice di vino(8,00 euro) e le macedonie (8,00 euro) comunque nessuno scandalo.
