Ristorante Cavalluccio Marino — Restaurant in Santa Marinella

We we're guests at the Hotel and since eating mostly locally we decided to spend our last night at the Restaurant. We even we're granted a Special requests for Carbonara. What a disapointment. Even though not a lot of guests we're present It was a stressful atmosphere. We didn't feel welcome. We asked for a soda for our son, which was never served. For Starters we had sauteed mussles, which we're good but put one the table while passing. Just 2 minutes later we already received our main course.The waiter just lifted his shoulders and put the food down.Needless to say the food was cold by the time We finished our Starters. No one bothered to clear the dishes fom our first course so the table was packed and It felt uncomftable. The Main course was Bad. The guanchole was wobbely and the fat still on. Just don't grant requests you don't wanna do. My husbands mal wasn't better. The Sauce was Like water and no fish in. The Location and it's view didn't make Up for the disastrous service and food. The Star ist for the View.just sad to have the Last night ruined...

Non ho mai visto un ristorante che dalle recensioni Dovrebbe essere tra i migliori presentarsi in questo modo : prenotato e scelto un tavolo per 2 per le 14 direttamente in loco(abbiamo un appartamento al residence), alle 14 siamo arrivati e il tavolo non solo non era pronto ma addirittura occupato da altre persone (arrivate da poco). Ci chiedono dopo non essersi nemmeno scusati e devo dire abbastanza scocciati, di attendere al bar che ci avrebbero chiamato a breve, ma se 20 minuti dopo non andavo a sollecitare saremmo ancora la. Abbiamo chiesto 2 insalate nizzarde ma il cameriere prima ci ha detto che non erano in menù (?) poi, dopo la nostra insistenza, è tornato molto imbarazzato dicendoci che dalla cucina non potevano farle perché, dato che non era un piatto in menù, non avevano gli ingredienti (per un insalata nizzarda?) consigliandoci di aggiungere all' insalata mista delle alici marinate, 6 dico 6 filetti di alici (quindi 3 alici) appoggiate sopra delle striscioline di pane (immagino allo zafferano visto il colore) e incollate allo stesso con la maionese al modico prezzo di € 12.
