This restaurant came highly recommended by our Air BNB host so we walked by to try to get a reservation but we were told they were unfortunately fully booked but the owner Igor heard us and said "come by later and I will not make you stay hungry".....and oh boy he did not lie! We had potato croquettes, mussels with hard bread in the most amazing tomato sauce, which we kept dunking or spounza ~the Italian way), cacio e pepe pasta (one of our favourites) which was truly amazing and there was enough for at least 4 people and a litre of house white wine. We also watched table after table get amazingly looking pizzas and if we would have stayed one more night would have gone back just for the pizza!!!
The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff amazingly friendly, polite and funny and a place that we would go to again and again if closer to our Canadian home.

We had the Seafood pasta and the cheese and pepper pasta as first dishes, then we had sausage and mushroom, four cheeses and ham pizza (threeway split)
The pizzas were clearly freshly made and with incredible experience. The special dish for me was the seafood pasta which had all the seafood you could ask in a rich tomato based sauce.
Although there was a serious language barrier as a tourist, the staff tried their absolute hardest to speak English which allowed us to enjoy this phenomenal experience.

Siamo capitato per caso in questo piccolo paradiso (tutte le altre pizzerie a Santa Severa, o si la tirano troppo oppure non vogliono lavorare) Quindi abbiamo chiesto un paio di belle pizze tonde grosse da mangiare li fuori al tavolino, fatte ovviamente al momento, con un impasto spaziale, fatto con 7/8 tipi di farine di grani diversi, 48 ore di lievitazione mi sa, un impasto da paura, ingredienti buoni buoni, freschissimi. Io personalmente c'è l'ho a morte con i carciofi, qua in questo posto ho finalmente scoperto questa meraviglia di crema ai carciofi spettacolare, la "nostra versione di capricciosa" Così detto da la ragazza in cassa era una pizza SPETTACOLARE. . Vi parlo dello staff? . Ogni volta mi sembra di arrivare al check-in di qualche aerolinea importante in First Class. La ragazza in cassa più gentile delle Stewart di Emirates, Tutti i ragazzi super accoglienti, tutti solari, anche i ragazzi dietro in cucina se stanno al caldo a 50 gradi stanno sempre col sorriso in faccia! Dal inizio alla fine gentilezza come mai vista in Italia. . Bevande fredde come dev'essere. . Prezzi nella media di qualunque pizza a taglio ma tutto decisamente superiore. . Torneremo???
