Costa del Sol — Restaurant in Savona

On 18th August, we tried to find a take, waited for 15 minutes outside with kids until a member of staff approached and finally let us to take one of the tables. There was enough space but we couldn't get the attention of the staff. The table service was not completed on arrival, 15 movies took long until we receive an English menu, another 15 minutes until they got our orders, 15 minutes 3 pizza arrived at the table as seen in the photos with no cutleries(forks/knives), after 5 minutes, I stood up and collect some cutleries from another empty table to be able to cut the pizza, the rest of for arrived late. Half of us didn't have knives because they didn't have clean ones.

Staff were overwhelmed and finally apologized for the poor service.

I hope they do better in the future but I'm not going to go...

Pizza was very bad made. The most cheap ingredients someone would put on a pizza. Loads of salt, kids couldn't eat it at all and stayed all evening drinking water. Tomato sauce was raw and not cooked as it should. After waiting a while for the pizzas they mixed up the order which create a delay on delivering the food. Anyways politely wanted to pass this message to the waitress so kitchen can be aware of their mistakes and improve their service for the future but the waitress said we were the only ones commenting about salty pizzas, asked sorry for that and Ciao ciao. Very low quality food. We ordered fried sardines which were fried in very old oil and "zuppa di cozze". The mussels hadn't been cleaned properly, there was seasweed inside and a lot of dirt on the shells and the taste was bad. Also way to much salt.... I didn't pay for the mussles and demanded to speak to the cook but he couldn't explain himself. The waitress told me that I was right about how bad the mussles were cleand. The pizza we had was plain but at least eatable. Don't be fooled just because you are tourists! This is not a nice sea...
