Panoramic — Restaurant in Scilla

Came here as it was one of the few places selling pizza that was open 27/08/24 compared to other restaurants.

Climbed up a large flight of stairs, which was fine. Menu was outdated and didn't have the beers they were advertising.

The fish tagliatelle was mediocre at best, with there being 4 chunks of white fish in it and the olives were extremely salty.

My wife had the Americano pizza, it was dreadful. Pizza dough was dense, the sausage on top was hotdog and had a horrible flavour. The ingredients tasted cheap and poorly cooked.

The chips that my daughter had were actually nice and had good seasoning.

Upon paying, €12 of antipasta was added to the bill, which we didn't have. Also, €2 bottle of refilled water was placed on the table that we didn't ask for, but got charged for. It's hard to argue this point when you're a foreigner and the guy behind the bar didn't speak English.

Panoramic is completely unfriendly to solo travelers. Despite arriving at lunchtime to an entirely empty restaurant, I was refused a table with a sea view on the balcony — simply because it was set for four. The place remained empty, and the owner lost actual revenue instead of just...

Arrivo al punto, purtroppo mi duole dire che è una delle peggiori pizze che io abbia mai mangiato. Ero con il mio ragazzo, alla ricerca di qualche ristorante nel centro di Chianalea, ma essendo sera era molto affollato, dunque ci siamo incamminati presso ché una via non molto frequentata, trovando questo ristorante.

Il panorama è molto carino, ma il balcone è una grande pecca, essendo che è davvero molto stretto.

Abbiamo ordinato due pizze, e il vino della casa. Dopo un bel po' arrivano le pizze, di forma rettangolare, inutile dire che, già dall'aspetto, non mi ispirava per nulla. La pizza era piatta, era croccante, l'impasto non era fatto bene, sembrava quasi una bruschetta.

A parte la vista molto carina, e per dirla tutta, non elogiata neanche bene, il resto...
