Le Dolci Terre — Restaurant in Serravalle Scrivia

This is by far one of the worst restaurants I’ve visited in Milano . To begin with , we had to get our own menus by ourselves. Then came the waiter to take the order… a water of 0,5L was 2€!!…we ordered 4 sandwiches and a pizza (for the sandwiches we wanted white bread but they only had pink and black , although it was written on the menu ) . The waiter didn’t give us a fork, knife or spoon.. the sandwiches arrived and it only consisted of a piece of salad and a piece of fried chicken (the ones for the kids , that are in a box and ready to be fried at home) there wasn’t even a sauce! Then arrive the pizza..it was about 10cm diameter 🙂(it tasted good but they only had marguerita) I regret mentioning this but the cashier was smoking all along . Terrible spaghetti….🍝 They only have Red spaghetti, but I didn’t care much if it’s good. I ordered pesto but waiter brought tomato and basil…I had to go soon so I didn’t tell the waiter. If it’s good actually I didn’t care to eat but spaghetti was very acid tomato taste with just a tiny little basil….i made much better but even I’m not from Italy 😂 They also charge €2 for table service 😓 bad pasta was €15, glass of sparkling wine was 7€, table service €2….i couldn’t finished it, it was hard to eat. Un posto meraviglioso. Un perfetto connubio del moderno e tipicamente casereccio. Bel arredo lineare e pulito, con qualche decorazione. Non eccessivo, ma piacevole. Moltissimi prodotti nostrani ad esempio i vini, le marmellate, la pasta, il cioccolato. Adorabili i dolcetti, biscotti e il cioccolato vicino la cassa. Devo ammettere che siamo stati trattati eccezionalmente, con il riguardo e la cura. Le cameriere sono passate moltissime volte a chiederci se abbiamo gradito. Il locale è fresco, pulito e piacevole. Attenti con il Covid19. Tutti con la mascherina all'entrata il gel per lavarsi le mani con dei oli essenziali. Lascia un'ottimo profumo sulle mani. Migliore in tutto il villaggio. Il cibo è semplicemente una goduria. Come potrei descriverlo? Avete presente quando mangiate sempre il cibo mediocre? Poi andate al bar e trovate un cibo eccezionale. Proprio come quello che cucinava la vostra nonna ai tempi, con la dovuta cura, attenzione e amore verso le materie prime. Ecco come vengono fuori dei piatti degni di un Re. La carne che si scioglie in bocca, tenera e saporita. L'insalata una bomba, dove riuscite a distinguere ogni ingrediente. Con la crema di mais fatta in casa. I mega toast ben farciti e croccanti. Vi sembrerà di tornare indietro nel tempo quando cucinare era considerato un'arte. Superconsigliato. Dimenticavo all'uscita mi sono complimentata con loro e ho ringraziato per il trattamento e il cibo eccezionale. Mi hanno regalato un bel libro delle ricette e un buono soggiorno.
