God Save the Food - Serravalle — Restaurant in Serravalle Scrivia

Absolutely terrible service, the staff are extremely slow and dismissive and rude, they boss you around and tell you to sit and that they will come (There were 2 groups of people at the restaurant who were already eating) and i had to wait 10 MINUTES just to finally ask the waiter to take my order. He saw me and made eye contact multiple times but pretended he didnt while he was joking with the other staff. Then comes the check, i go to pay and im met by the most arrogant manager, who looks at me with disgust and suddenly shoves the card machine at my face, i ask how much the price was and then he yells the details, (which included “service”) i almost laughed hysterically when he said i had to pay for service, i tried to explain to him that the service was slow but he suddenly turns to his colleagues and starts yelling (probably cussing) and then interrupts me and says “If you dont like it then go to google maps” which i did. It’s a good place to sit down and have a quick bite. They have premade meals three or four kinds and they just serve the mass you ordered them. Desert selection is good. Main meals is only limited to four or five. A bit pricey for what we’re getting, but considering it’s in the mall, it’s understandable. Would not go back because there is other options but to have this as one of the options absolutely OK! We eat chicken and potatoes and hummus. Chicken was OK and hummus was OK. The place is nice spacious and got plenty of seats. Being in the outlet mall serving a variety of food, and they focus a lot on international visitors and Arabs.
