VERY RUDE STAFF!!!

I've been to many starbucks in several countries, and this was the worst i've experienced so far.

I was there Saturday, 28 June 2025. I was buying a starbucks tumbler THERE and asked if i could use the NEW TUMBLER for the ice latte i'm also buying. And the answer I received was "we give you in the plastic, you move yourself.

And I said Ok, can you at least please wash this new tumbler that i just bought?

And the next answer i received was, "the toilet is outside, you can wash your tumbler there"

Didn't expect such an answer, they could've just apologized and said that it was not part of their service.

However, those requests I had would have been automatically offered to me and i didn't even have to ask when i bought the same in other starbucks in other countries.

It's the first time I've left a review but I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks in Serravalle, they are angry and rude when you ask something about drinks and they are not even competent to understand a simple request like "where can I find the bathroom" which I asked to the employee Asia who seems to be in another world even if from her face you can tell that something is wrong and besides that she doesn't understand she pays more attention to her cell phone than to the needs of the customers... Truly shameful, they should learn professionalism from the other Starbucks in Italy and out because it's something else entirely. I do...

I had a bad experience in this branch of Starbucks i ordered on Americano and one hot skinny latte with sugar free vanilla they give the latte so cold i returned it back and they give anther Americano i returned back again and the give me a hot latte finally but without sugar free vanilla 😠 however i didn’t get back to them as i get tired from going back and forward just to take my order which i paid for it.
