This restaurant deserves my 5 stars. The location is nice and cozy, we had dinner yesterday night outside and being on a side street you don’t get all the people walking next to you while eating. The service is beyond excellent, the waitresses were nice, polite and professional. The food came in almost immediately, and was so fresh and great. Simple but special al the same time, so tasteful! Ein gemütlicher, warmer und familiärer Ort für Insider, Kenner, Genießer und Personen, die die ehrliche, handgemachte, liebevoll und gleichermaßen professionelle zubereitete Küche schätzen. Monika zaubert fast alles aus eigener Hand und serviert sowohl traditionelle Ligurische Speisen als auch modern interpretierte Köstlichkeiten. Jedem Teller, egal ob es eine Pasta, Fisch oder Fleisch ist, sieht man das Handwerk, die Individualität und vor allem die Qualität der Produkte an. Für die Qualität sprechen auch die verwendeten Olivenöle und Hand verlesenen Weine, die allesamt aus der Region oder sogar aus Spotorno stammen. Ebenso das gute Wasser aus dem nahegelegenen Bergdorf Callizzano - in Gasflaschen. Es gibt bei Monika kein Plastik!! Großes Lob an dieser Stelle, wenn das nur alle so leben würden! Bei all dem bleibt aber die Köchin völlig bescheiden und zurückhaltend im Hintergrund. Ein Lokal ohne brausende Aufmachung jibzer der nichts steckt sondern professioneller Zurückhaltung und herausragenden Ergebnissen aus der Küche. Die Service Prinzessin Patricia toppt mit ihrer spritzigen, unglaublich flinken, inzelligenten und sympathisch jungen Ausstrahlung nochmla alles. Sie hat das Restaurant auch bei allen belegten Tischen (was meistens der Fall ist) alleine zu hundert Prozent voll im Griff. Eine Serviceorientierung die ihresgleichen sucht. Dabei ist sie stets noch aufnahmefähig für kleine Scherze und Gespräche nebenher. Hinter der Theke steht der Papa, der den Überblick über das Lokal, die Gäste und die Kasse hat. Ristorante carino,personale ai tavoli gentile e comprensivo mi hanno cambiato una bottiglia di vino perché non la gradivo senza addebitarmi la bottiglia. Note poco positive i tempi d’attesa entrati alle 20 antipasto giusto alle 20.15 la seconda portata è arrivata alle 21.05 dopo mio sollecito. Esclusivamente vini liguri e pur essendo ligure, e mi duole,ma non abbiamo grandi vini e qui so che troverò pareri contrastanti ma è così la Liguria col vino a mio parere non ci sa fare…ma sottolineo è un mio punto di vista. Il cibo…ribadisco sono Ligure e li noi sappiamo il fatto nostro ma in questo ristorante non ho trovato nulla da ricordare o da consigliare abbiamo assaggiato 3 antipasti acciughe ripiene 4 acciughine piccole e scarse in sapore,panissa condita niente di che … formaggio di capra miele e confetture Ni. ma quasi anemico il colore è scarso in sapore, gnocchi di ceci al pesto buona la pasta il pesto lo facciamo meglio a Genova un compromesso x turisti. Secondi baccalà ai peperoni…il pesce al vapore gusto poco peperoni meno che meno pochi e piatto debole poco invitante,parmigiana estiva il nome è deviante trattasi di un insalata sovrapposta di melanzana grigliata pomodoro cuore di bue e formaggio primo sale.
