What a find! We saw this place away from the tourist hotspots in a YouTube video and wanted to try. The actual shop is currently closed but they operate from a big food cart right next to it. We went by early (a bit too early even as it turns out in Sicily opening hours aren't that serious) and had a horse meat cheese sandwich that blew us away. Super juicy, great condiments. So we decided to come back later that night for a second round. And boy, the place was packed! Super busy and popular. Only locals. We kept walking by this place so we decided to try it. I’m so glad we did because it was SO good! We got fries, sausage sandwich, hamburger sandwich, and the side of horse meat. They have a variety of toppings like grilled veges, olives, lettuce, tomato, etc. We got ours with the grilled vege, lettuce, and tomato and it was so delicious!! The meat was so tasty. The horse meat wasn’t my favorite but I just had to try it since I’ve never had it. Must try!
