Anatolia - Arabian Kebab — Local services in Syracuse

We wanted a quick meal (fast food) and stop at this place. Well, The food is average/poor quality. Our kebabs lacked veggies even tho we asked for them (tomato, lettuce, and onion). But what I rate the most is the bad service at this place. The man at the cashier was extremely rude and aggressive only because I wanted an explanation of the bill which was unclear. They didn’t provide us with a menu card therefore hard to order and it seems they changes the prices depending on the customers. We spoke English so I think they charged us more than usual. I have eaten many falafels in my life (in Europe and out of Europe) and this was by far the worst falafel ever! Actually it was not a falafel at all. Bread for hamburger (they insisted it was arabic bread) and just a few tiny pieces of falafel inside with lots of lettuce salad with mayo. Shop inside was dirty too. Price of this falafel 7euro. Would accept the price is the falafel was a falafel. People working were polite but this is not...

Esperienza deludente – da evitare

Sono rimasto davvero deluso da questo kebab. Innanzitutto, le dimensioni del kebab "maxi" erano tutt'altro che maxi: porzione scarsa, decisamente sproporzionata rispetto al prezzo. Avevamo anche pagato un supplemento per le patatine dentro il kebab, ma ne abbiamo trovate pochissime, quasi inesistenti.

La qualità del cibo in generale non ha colpito: nulla di particolare, sapore piatto e poco curato. Non era cattivo, ma sicuramente non abbastanza buono da giustificare il prezzo o da voler tornare.

I tempi di attesa sono stati lunghissimi, nonostante non ci fosse molta gente. L’ambiente era tutt’altro che accogliente: animali (probabilmente gatti) giravano liberamente nel locale, cosa inaccettabile dal punto di vista igienico.

La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, sia nel banco di lavoro che nella sala. Ma la cosa più grave è stato vedere un membro del personale fumare una sigaretta fuori dal locale e poi rientrare direttamente al banco, senza lavarsi le mani. Nessun rispetto delle norme igieniche. Anche il personale in generale si è mostrato poco cortese e disinteressato.
