Very nice and quiet, and absolutely delicious, dinner focused on fish and seafood at La Proposta. The restaurant with a distinctive Roman appeal, appears to be a favorite of many locals. The wine list is short and is dominated by fine white wines from Italy. It covers a lot of DOC and DOCG from across Italy, yet it contains many local gems at decent prices. Wir waren am 09.07.2023 zufällig hier gelandet und das Essen, das Ambiente, der Wein und der Service haben uns absolut begeistert. Wir waren am Mittag in Tarquinia und dieses kleine, feine Restaurant (es scheint ein kleiner, herzlicher Familienbetrieb zu sein) ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Haben hervorragend gegessen, die kleine feine Auswahl hat uns schon so viel versprochen, dass wir uns gar nicht entscheiden konnten. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise und nur zum Mittagessen dort, sonst hätten wir noch viel mehr probiert. Die Familie war superfreundlich und alle sehr hilfsbereit, besonders, als ich mich in der Toilette ausgesperrt hatte, obwohl da extra ein Schild stand und ich sogar italienisch spreche, war ich zu blöd und hatte es übersehen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die schnelle und professionelle "Rettungsaktion." Bestimmt kommen wir noch einmal nach Tarquinia und werden dann auf jeden Fall hier zu Abend essen, auch die Lage ist wunderschön in einer kleinen Seitengasse. Siamo stati ieri sera a cena presso questo ristorante. Interno curatissimo e decisamente molto piacevole, servizio impeccabile. Come da menù, la scelta è varia e con piatti interessanti. Essendo principalmente un locale di pesce, per me è importantissima la qualità del pescato che era impeccabile. Per non parlare della pulizia, anche questo elemento imprescindibile per le mie scelte. Ebbene, anche in questo non ho trovato pecche. Segnalo anche la cucina a vista - sinonimo di alta qualità - ed Illy caffè.
