Terrible Experience – Avoid If You’re English

My partner and I had a horrible experience at this bar. We informed the staff that we have gluten intolerances, yet they insisted on taking our money for food we couldn’t eat. There was no clear explanation about their policies, and when we asked for clarification, they became defensive and very aggressive.

To make matters worse, they brought in someone who spoke English, who was incredibly rude and aggressive. It made the whole situation feel even more hostile. If you're English or have dietary restrictions, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The disrespect we faced was...

Terrible service, staff is rude huffing and puffing when you asked them something. No a proper loo inside... 1 tiny Toilet is outside, which is freezing cold, very dirty, no toilet paper, no soap to wash your hand and if you ask at the bar staff for some sop they get annoyed and don't give you any!! The fabric on the chairs and sofas are all dirty and stained, bits off food stuck on it...just disgusting! I've been coming here for multiple years now, they have recently updated the furniture (which was very much in need). The drinks are priced similarly to other bars in the area, all with nibbles to accommodate, however these have got less in number and interest as time gone on (like cost cutting) and some of the staff could be a little more lively.
