An amazing restaurant and dinner! I had the pleasure to finally visit Molo 21 after having seen and heard about it for a long time. Before having dinner, we enjoyed the beautiful lakeside view from the bar on the lower level of the place on some very comfortable deckchairs. Very good selection of cocktails and drinks with a unique twist and two very experienced barmen preparing them! After having watched the sunset, we moved upstairs to their very beautiful restaurant: the great style of the restaurant really captured my attention, a very cool ancient kayak on the ceiling and a very clean look to the place. It was then time to eat! After having talked a bit with Lorenzo, an intriguing young man that guided us through the dinner and owner of the place, we chose the tuna and amberjack sausages (a fish adaptation of a typical meat sausage of the area) as appetizer and "Casarecce del Molo" (a hand made pasta with scampi and sea urchin) as a first course. Both plates were incredibly tasty and you could tell the quality of the ingredients was the best. We also had a bottle of Passerina white wine that Lorenzo suggested on the side. We finished off the meal with a lemon sorbet. Overall an amazing dinner in a beautiful location and great staff! Looking forward to...
Read moreWe came to the area by chance it was not part of our trip, but we had a long drive from Perugia to Frascati so we decided to take a detour to this lake, it is a nice lake as much as the other lakes we visited in Italy, however, we saw this nice restaurant that is part of a club with a cafe at the lake level, and a restaurant over it, we sat in the cafe which was very nice and all the helpers were very nice, for lunch we went up to the restaurant (the outside was closed because it rained that morning) but the inside was nice, all the fishs were from the sea and not from the lake and they were out of this world we had fried anchovies, shrimps and calamari and later had grilled seabass and redsnappers we were luck that we found this place, the service was very good, the only thing that didn't make the lunch perfect was the very salty...
Tornarci? Al momento...
