I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent dining experience my boyfriend and I had at your establishment. After placing our order, there was a significant delay in serving our dishes. It took 20 minutes to serve my boyfriend's main course and the accompanying side potato. Subsequently, we waited an additional 20 minutes for my pasta, which was listed on the menu. I had requested a different type of pasta that your kitchen had, the way it was handled was unsatisfactory.

The waiter informed us that the delay was due to a mistake made by your chef with my pasta order. However, the correct procedure, in such cases, would have been to promptly notify us of the issue and the resulting delay in food preparation. Furthermore, the waiter should have inquired whether we wished to have my boyfriend's main course held in the kitchen to keep it warm while we waited for my dish, rather than leaving us to wait at the table for a total of 40 minutes without any communication.

As my boyfriend wanted to wait for us to dine together, his main course and side dish became entirely cold during the prolonged wait. When he requested to return them, the waiter did inquire if he wanted an alternative, but we were left uncertain about the timeframe for receiving a new dish, so we declined any additional options.

Upon receiving my pasta, I found it to be excessively salty, especially considering the €22 euro price tag for this dish. Taking into account both the quality of the service and the price, it was certainly not worth the cost.

To add to our frustration, the time it took to receive the bill was considerably long, and we had to request it three times from three different waiters. This lack of professional communication and respect left us feeling disappointed with the...

La Spasella è un piccolo ristorante meraviglioso, per i veri amanti del pesce. lasciatevi guidare dalla sapienza del personale di sala, che discende da una famiglia di pescatori, che vi saprà stupire con proposte inusuali: fatevi guidare nella scoperta di pesci meno comuni delle pur splendide orate e spigole, come la tracina, lo scorfano, la pezzogna. Non ve ne pentirete, perché in cucina la materia prima la sanno trattare a meraviglia, enfatizzando con una cottura sapiente le caratteristiche delle carni di ciascun pesce. Un plauso al sautè di cozze, vongole e cannolicchi perfettamente privo di sabbia e dal sapore incredibile. Per gli amici affetti da intolleranza al glutine o celiachia, segnalo inoltre che -avvisando il personale delle vostre esigenze alimentari nel momento della prenotazione- il ristorante avrà cura di cucinare ogni cosa in pentole dedicate e vi farà trovare pane e dolcetti gluten-free artigianali e freschi, provenienti dal forno senza glutine sito a pochi minuti dal ristorante stesso.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimale, in considerazione di qualità della materia prima e del servizio offerto.

Un consiglio: prenotate durante la settimana per godervi al meglio l'esperienza e magari fateci anche un salto in "bassa" stagione, quando tutta la costa del basso Lazio torna ad essere un'oasi di pace.

85 € in due con 2 primi 1 secondo 1 calice di vino e 1 dolce. Li avremmo trovati adeguati se il secondo fosse stato di livello. Grigliata povera e cruda. In generale della Hostaria ha ben poco eppure si atteggia a ristorante di livello che non è. Solo i primi di livello ma comunque troppo cari. Menù corto, non puoi permetterti di non avere i paccheri alla ricciola se hai solo 4 primi da proporre, di sabato sera poi. Cambi fornitore o vai fuori paese per acquisirla. E non dire ciò serviamo solo di pesce fresco perché se lo era io col tonno non me ne sono accorto.

In generale siamo rimasti delusi, piuttosto la prossima volta ceno in centro storico se devo trovare un ristorante turistico a prezzi elevati, quale è la spasella.

Camieriere educate ma forse fin troppo presenti nell'orbita dei tavoli, andandosi a perdere di riservatezza, quasi ad origliare....
