We just finished here tonight Friday the 12th. I wish I could give more stars. Do not pass this place up it is very good. The food, the service, the atmosphere it is excellent. To start we had amazing service from the get go. They ran out of the drinks we ordered as it was a hot busy day, but the staff provided alternatives and a sincere apology right away. We started with the fruit, onion, and tomato salad which was very fresh and light. This came with the bread, house made olive oil, and house made basil butter. Both the butter and oil were AMAZING. We then had the carbonara and the sea food carbonara. Both were very tasty and some of the best food we have had on the trip. The service is impeccable. The servers are always there and take great care in elevating the experience. I even saw one of them giving a guest safer directions back to their accommodation from a locals knowledge to avoid walking in the roadway, they truly go above and beyond. Avoid all the other tourist trap locations up the block and come here. We will be back for sure.

Casablanca in Terrasini was an unexpected highlight of our Italian trip this year. We visit Italy annually, often exploring different regions, and this dinner easily ranked among the best meals we’ve ever had in Italy. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Everything was made in house… from the pasta to the bread… even the butter!!! and you could taste the care and passion in every bite. Personally, I’m a chocolate lover through and through and almost skipped the almond dessert, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The semifreddo alle mandorle was truly one of the best dessert I ever had, so delicate, perfectly balanced, and truly unforgettable. Meeting the chef, Antonio, I was blown away to learn he’s only 24 years old, his talent is undeniable and I can’t wait to see how his craft evolves. Our waiter Alessandro was warm and attentive, and the owner Giuseppe made us feel at home. I’m already looking forward to returning next time we’re in Sicily. Casablanca was truly something special.

Now its my turn to admire this place. What stood out for me was their early opening time at 18:00, which is quite rare among the places here. The service was truly exceptional, with a young gentleman who was attentive, polite, and pleasant. Every dish was cooked to perfection, avoiding any overcooking. The seafood salad was a standout, with fresh seafood, greens, and a tomato sauce that added a delightful twist, making it a definite must-try. Now, I typically avoid fried dishes, but grilled plate here was an exception. It was wonderfully tender, with a light batter, delicate contents, and surprisingly not greasy at all. As for the squid, no comments are needed – it was soft and perfectly cooked, served with salad and cheese, making it a dream for all the health-conscious folks. Moving on to dessert, the almond parfait was perhaps a tad too sweet for my liking, but it's a cold treat that pairs perfectly with coffee. Thank you, team! Hopefully, one day I’ll come here again :)

Tourists stay away! This place is definitely not worth a visit. It is absolutely not what the current rating is. It is very expensive and has a weird vibe. When my partner and I visited, we ordered a Campari Spritz and were delivered an Aperol Spritz. The waiter did not inform us of the change or provide another option. When I walked to the bathroom, the inside of the restaurant smelt like grape vape. Such a strong odour! When I asked for an ash tray when I was sitting outside, the waiter then told me I needed to move to the street… despite there being ash trays on tables and we are in Italy! Where everyone smokes at the table. Finally, we ordered octopus with potato cream and it was super small for €15 and it tasted bland. We were also charged a €6 euro service charge onto our bill and when asked, they said it was for the waiter. We have never been charged a service charge whilst exploring Italy. It was an absolute joke!

Lastly, we observed an Italian couple ask for a drink using an outdoor table at 9pm and there were tables available, and the waiter was quite rude to the couple and said it was a restaurant only. Following this the couple left. So disappointing!

Highly recommend to stay away from this place! The google ratings are a joke and are...
