Ristorante Primafila Di Dionisio Munaco' — Restaurant in Terrasini

Its been over a year since my brother and I made our second trip to Terrasini. We had an epic, memorable meal during our first visit in 2015 but and felt we should try a few other places to experience our ancestral cuisine. Yet We decided to return to Prima Fila after sampling some other acceptable local fare. They managed to fit us in upstairs without reservation. Our service was perfect, never wanting but no hovering. They were busy, yet greatness comes to those who wait patiently. Especially for those understand how the magic happens in a chefs kitchen. Our only disappointment is that we wasted all those calories on exploring other venues, and did not eat here every single night. Seriously. Should have, would have, could have, methodically explored this menu exclusively with much delight and complete satisfaction. Oh and the wine list. Right on the money. Busiate with shrimp, swordfish Involtini, and the grilled octopus with chickpea puree, indelibly linger on my palette and in my dreams. 5 stars. Anxiously wait to return,...

This place was suggested by locals. When’s there with hopes for a great seafood dinner right overlooking the Mediterranean. They only open from 7:30pm. The place was very clean with beautiful tables. The atmosphere was pretty boring with no music playing and just complete silence, the only thing you here is the other patrons talking. Waiters barely spoke English which is weird in such a touristic place. Ordered the grilled octopus appetizer which was delicious and then asked the waiter for their best seafood pasta dish. He recommended the pasta with pink prawns. When I got it and there was no prawns but instead it was tiny baby shrimp, the pasta was cooked perfectly. The taste was super but they should’ve mentioned that’s it’s baby shrimp not prawns which I expected to be big shrimp. Waiters weren’t happy I’m complaining about the shrimp size. Fine lunch experience @ primafila . Dishes looked great,smelled good and tasted heavenly 😍it seems that they have a good chef in the kitchen 👍🙏🏻 Tables are nicely made and inviting to experience an Italian authenticity The view is wonderful ( you sit and eat looking at Terrasini harbour and witnessing aeroplanes landing in Palermo airport) The prices are so reasonable for good quality ingredients.
