La Fraschetta da Neno — Restaurant in Tivoli

One of the best paninis I had (extra plus points for serving it warmer). The ingredients tasted really fresh.

We weren't sure what wine to get and Luana let us try the sweet frizzante they have. It was extremely good so we took that one.

Service was extraordinary. It felt very Italian. Guy who was making panini was nice, also the older lady who was cleaning tables (she said that she is sorry that she wasn't able to attend to us earlier when she was cleaning the table - so cute). Last but not least, Luana had amazing energy and she was really funny. What a character.

Amazing service, superb food, what a cute place. Really happy with our choice. Tivoli was amazing and this even improved it. One of the highlights...

Mi sono lasciata convincere dal locale particolare! Sembrava una vera e propria fraschetta e non ho resistito. Abbiamo chiesto un tavolo per 2 persone e ci siamo accomodati dentro con l'invito ad essere pazienti perché avevano molti ordini. Fino a qui tutto bene, ordiniamo e aspettiamo senza problemi, non abbiamo messo fretta in alcun modo. L'attesa è stata accompagnata dalle urla del personale. Si urlavano addosso uno contro l'altro trattandosi malissimo a vicenda, questo ha creato un clima abbastanza imbarazzante all'interno del locale. Il servizio è andato avanti tra le urla e gli insulti, il nostro ordine era stato buttato nel cestino ( abbiamo assistito alla scena non sapendo che l'ordine fosse il nostro perché il numero del tavolo era sbagliato) e solo dopo diverso tempo si sono resi conto dell'errore, ci hanno chiesto scusa e ci hanno portato i panini che avevamo ordinato. Al momento del conto vado a pagare con la carta ma il pos non emette lo scontrino perché era finita la carta ma la transazione era chiaramente andata a buon fine (messaggio di transazione eseguita sul pos). Il signore della fraschetta cambia la carta per lo scontrino e mi chiede di pagare nuovamente. Ovviamente chiedo di avere lo scontrino precedente perché ero sicura che la transazione fosse passata. Non erano in grado di fare una ristampa dal pos e siamo stati liquidati in malo modo. PS: il conto era sbagliato, quando l'ho fatto notare ci hanno dato 2€ in contanti per la differenza, convinti ancora che la transazione non fosse passata. Per informazione, i soldi sono stati scalati dal mio conto quindi il pranzo...

I was part of a tour and popped in this little shop today - wanted something different than trattoria food. Best rated place in the area and for a good reason! Service was friendly, helpful and fast. Amazing sandwiches, seasonal options I believe. The waitress was very kind and suggested a few options. We chatted a bit after my meal as I was alone. The owner likes to joke with his customers. I would go back anytime, don’t miss out. There’s even a little outdoor patio. Only negative is the bathroom...
