This cozy restaurant tucked away in central Todi offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience, with a menu that leans into Sicilian influences, thanks to the chef's roots. The menu is small and curated, which makes every dish feel intentional and well-executed.
The meal began with a delightful whole grain toast, topped with sautéed vegetables, marinated tomatoes, and a perfectly fried egg yolk that oozed richness. The acidity of the tomatoes balanced beautifully with the creamy yolk, all resting on a slice of crunchy, hearty breada.

Highly recommend! Best gluten free pasta I have tasted,...

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. If you ever find yourself in Todi, be sure to make time to stop in for lunch or dinner. Or both. We’re going back tomorrow for lunch and so looking forward to it! Oh and the...
