Overall: would never go back and never recommend to anyone. Too expensive for the whole food and experience

Service:

As it was a chilly evening and there was a ventilation on above our table, with the biggest blue light on it - we asked to be moved due to too much light and the wind from the ventilator, they said sorry all the tables are booked, sitting at the entrance, 15 mins later a couple came in without reservation and were seated on the vacant table! (Which means the table was in fact available)

We ordered wine per glass, the waiters were not coming to our table so we can reorder! No one was looking so that we could get their attention - no wine with dinner!

Ordered grilled Shrimps and Scampi, there was no shears, had to wait long to get someone’s attention for that!

Food:

Appetizer: mussels - too mediocre The best ones are found in “Sa Tankitta” in Villasimius

Pasta with cream and tomatoes was good and the star is for that

Grilled prawns and Scampi are even delicious raw, so you have to be an artist to make it unenjoyable! Reasons: they was lukewarm and didn’t taste or looked grilled..

Dessert: Tiramisu and ice cream - Tiramisu was ok, even had a better one in Berlin!!, but icecream was tasting too much like egg, talking about it even...

Every year the food gets worse.

La Bita restaurant used to be the place to go in Tortoli. For years now the menu just keeps declining. The food now is adequate for a second rate hotel.

I didn't know if they have changed chefs recently but this year's menu is especially ridiculous for example offering sliced beef with honey and lamb with raspberry sauce. And yes, it tastes as bad as it sounds.

The beef I had was totally tasteless and tough.

The "roasted" potatoes clearly prepackaged and reheated; they tasted of absolutely nothing and had the consistency soft polystyrene.

The wines are marked up far above comparable restaurants and the service spotty and inconsistent.
