Sunset lounge bar — Restaurant in Tortolì

The location itself is quite beautiful, but the food was rather disappointing. Our starter was an indication of what was to come. The bruschetta was literally glued to the plate with mayo under the bread. It was no decoration on the plate, there was a big dollop of cheap processed mayo underneath the bread. This led to us spilling the contents of the bruschetta (mozzarella and tomatoes) onto the plate, as you don’t really anticipate your food being glued to the plate. Unfortunately it only got worse from there. We had tagliatelle with Mussels and tagliatelle with artichokes. Both were made from the same sauce base (if you can call it that) and mainly tasted of salt and cheap ready made vegetable stock (even without the copious amount of bottarga). The pasta itself was okay, but nothing special but the preparation made it taste like generic salty sauce without any noticeable thinking behind the dish itself. We both could not finish even half of the pasta. In addition to that both dishes were 17€, totally not worth it.
