Dining here was a wonderful experience. At every moment the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome - despite not having a word of Italian between the three of us that went. The atmosphere was cosy, the portions were generous and the staff were incredibly attentive. We ordered different mains and we each got small satellite dishes of each other's so we could get a taste of everything - all of it was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Credo che sia necessario partire dal fatto che parliamo di un'attività di un certo livello e di qualità superiore tant'è che inquadrarla come "Osteria", a mio modesto parere, sia molto riduttivo. La struttura si trova nella zona prospiciente l'area portuale, cuore della "movida" tranese. Disponibili posti all'esterno, sotto gazebo, ma anche all'interno, climatizzati, in salette elegantemente arredate, con tavoli ben disposti, dalle atmosfere raffinate. Persino la toilette, pulita e provvista di tutto ciò che occorre, vede disposti sul lavabo legnetti profumati e un bicchiere con all'interno un elegante fiore, tocco di classe, a mio giudizio. Il menù è principalmente composto da pietanze di pesce ma non sono escluse portate di terra. A questo proposito mi permetto di suggerire ravioli con crema di zucca e gamberi. Verranno serviti in quantità adeguata per non appesantire il pasto ma nel contempo per permettere di alzarsi da tavola soddisfatti. Inoltre, la direzione ha ritenuto opportuno servirne un assaggio a chi mi accompagnava, nonostante non l'avesse esplicitamente richiesto, con nostra grande soddisfazione. Punto di forza di questa sopraffina realtà è la pulizia del pesce ordinato davanti al cliente su di un carrello di servizio e successivamente servito al tavolo. Questo mette il commensale nella condizione di evitare di sporcarsi le mani qualora non abbia dimistichezza con le posate per questa operazione. Il personale, in rigorosa divisa, è altamente professionale e ben disposto, compresa la titolare, parimenti coinvolta nel servizio e pronta sempre a rivolgersi verso l'ospite dandogli del Lei. I prezzi ovviamente sono leggermente al di sopra della media, però, come detto all'inizio, penso che siano adeguati al tenore della struttura. I’ve been a regular in this place for many years. Enza is a great person and one of the best host you can meet in Trani. The food quality is astounding and raw materials are precious here. Staff is very professional and kind and they can guide you through a truly local food experience. It’s a rare place to find nowadays because of the way they still cook and serve the tradition.
