Absolutely amazing experience at this Italian seafood restaurant! The squid ink gnocchi with scampi were simply divine bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The seafood cruditè was so fresh it felt like it had just come straight from the sea! Everything, from the presentation to the service, was outstanding. You can really taste the passion and quality in every bite. I can’t wait to come back truly a must-visit for seafood lovers! Well done Nicole and Francesco (owners).

We went for lunch, had a primi and a dessert each. The restaurant was flexible about allergies and food preferences. So much for the basics. We loved this place! Husband and wife were there, he cooks, she does the rest. Their little daughter was running around. Traditional Sicilian dishes with a bit of a finer note. I can only recommend to stops by when you are around!

We were shocked both by the food and good reviews- maybe it has changed hands. I started with an eggplant appetizer which was literally a ½ inch slice of eggplant that was cut in quarters breaded and fried. 3 of the quarters were on a plate in room temp sauce. They had clearly been reheated, definitely not fresh cooked. 14 euros for that? Then came the entree, swordfish covered in a gloppy sour pistachio coating. It not only wasn’t fresh but had been defrosted improperly and overcooked- the edges tough and dry, the inside bitterly like a pile of tasteless mush. It was completely inedible. We were there for 1.5 hours and there was not another customer. Worst food I was ever served in a restaurant anywhere. I’m only giving it 2 stars because the two women serving...

We were strolling through the streets of Trapani, searching for a lunch spot, when suddenly began to rain. By chance, we found ourselves right in front of Bromu—either we’d get wet or stop here to eat. Clearly, the gods had decided for us. :-) And what a wonderful decision it turned out to be. We began with the trio of fishballs and hamachi (amberjack), both exquisite. Then came the daily special—ravioli with red scampi, rich and perfectly cooked. We finished with a delicious strawberry tartellete, the ideal sweet ending. Francesco and Nicole run this little restaurant with such charm and passion. Young, enthusiastic, and full of heart, they serve honest, soulful food that’s a joy to eat. I wish there were more places like this—where every dish feels truly...

The kitchen tries and delievers mostly while the service downgrades the whole experience. No refill of water for the whole dinner after we finished the appetizers because no one ever had time to take an order or ask if we wanted to have a drink. The bread with olive oil costs 3 euros per person. A normal price if there were plates for the olive oil and bread. We didnt even get an extra napkin for that. I asked the waitress for bread plates she said yes she’ll bring them and didn‘t bring the plates.

The kitchen knows how to plate and the palate of the chef is quite good. I think its important to mention that you have to order the sides extra, because the portions are very small. Another small mistake by the service. Please be aware and use...
