This restaurant is like a miniature of what you would expect of a restaurant in Umbria. The food is excellent and super fresh; try the dish of the day to maximise freshness. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la qualità dei prodotti offerti. Ogni piatto che ho assaggiato era preparato con ingredienti freschi e di altissima qualità.
