One of my favourite restaurants in Trevi, Valter is an impassioned chef, always coming up with new takes on traditional Umbrian fare. However, his fish dishes are the best. Greg and I are so lucky to be living opposite this fabulous restaurant :). The decor is elegant and the restaurant is surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. The food and wines are wonderful and the owners Patrizia & Valter are great hosts, welcoming and friendly. We have just eaten at this delightful restaurant. It was a Wednesday in Sept and the place was quite busy but the possibly mother and son team running the front of house made light work of it whilst be friendly at the same time too. We both thoroughly enjoyed our seabream and trout. Both whole fish. Both expertly grilled. And very reasonable. The caponata and potato sides were v good...
