Pizzeria Ristorantino "da Roberto" — Restaurant in Treviso

We were lucky that the owner of our apartment suggested here. We were given a big welcome and the food was delicious and very good value. We had a very tasty Bruschetta to start for 3.50. My husband had a steak dinner for 16 euro! And it was really good. The house red wine carafe of Cabernet for 9 euro was excellent. I had the very tasty chicken bites with rice. We had to have Tiramisu because it originated in Treviso! Scrumptious. The food was served very quickly and the service was impeccable. We went back on our second night for the same meal. The staff recognised us and were just as pleasant. They gave us a Limencello on the house when leaving. Our bill was 63 euro which would be double that if we had the same meal in our home city of...

Peggiore esperienza e pessimo personale

Da premettere che non ho mai lasciato una recensione negativa ma qui è doverosa. Ordiamo due pizze : ci arrivano a temperatura ambiente. Già a metà, praticamente la mangi fredda. La mia (crudo, senza mozzarella su richiesta, poiché intollerante) arriva con un velo di pomodoro, chiedo se per piacere potessero portarmi una ciotolina con del pomodoro a parte, la cameriera mi tira via la pizza e me la riporta con la salsa di pomodoro, sopra al crudo, FREDDA. L’ho comunque mangiata poiché non volevo guastarmi la serata, non posso dire sia stato con piacere, tuttavia. Mangiare una pizza con la salsa di pomodoro da frigo, non lo si fa volentieri. Al ritiro piatti, chiede se fosse andato tutto bene, io le rispondo con la verità : guarda, in realtà male, mi risponde : “Sei ironica?” Anzitutto ai clienti si da del Lei e non ci si permette di rispondere in questo modo (ho fatto questo lavoro per anni) secondo poi, torna dopo 30 secondi con il listino dei dolci e dice “volete un dolcettino?” anche no grazie.

Esce la titolare, si scusa e mi dice che l’episodio capitava poiché avevano tante pizze in preparazione…. Una mezza scusa Modifico la recensione mantenendo invariata l’opinione poichè non ho visto con assoluta sicurezza la situazione in cassa, comunque ci ha fatto pagare dicendoci solo il totale e poi noi abbiamo diviso : abbiamo pagato alla cieca alla romana. Comunque sia, la pizza l’ho mangiata ugualmente semplicemente per non rovinarmi quella che doveva essere una piacevole...

Nice restaurant located in the centre of the city. The place is cozy and the personnel is nice. Their menu changes depending on the season and they offer several plates with fresh local products. We have ordered a plate of cold cuts, two pizzas with sausage and radish, a big salad, a glass of wine and two bottles of sparkling water. The total bill was 70 euros for three people.
