Pizza good, service shaky, especially considering the high service charge...

On the plus side, the pizza was very good. But on the minus side, if they are going to charge 15 euro of service charge to bring a metre of pizza to 4 adults and 2 kids then they really need to work on their service. I took us nearly 20 minutes to order and then another 20 minutes just for the drinks to arrive, and then they forgot the wine - then when the wine did arrive it was wrong (glass instead of a carafe). Service was very friendly though, they just need to get their act a bit more in order on busy weekends evenings.

Update 2019. Service still shake, the poor staff are rushed off their feet. and beware of undersized beer servings. The photo is a "birra media" anyway 0.4 but by the eccessive foam that occupied half the glass had settled there was only 0.3...

Update 2022. Had become more of a regular visitor as pizza was great and there is not much choice in town but tonight the pizza base was tough and heavy. My daughter took the pasta carbonara which was almost inedible, incredibly heavy, loads of cream. Premium prices need premium pizza, not sure...

Siamo venuti a cena con la famiglia e purtroppo ci siamo trovati molto male. Magari siamo stati sfortunati, ma parlando con un amico che è venuto qui più volte è più o meno sempre così. Servizio pessimo. A partire dell'accoglienza con questa ragazza castana e bassetta, che sembrerebbe essere la responsabile della sala esterna, dove abbiamo mangiato. Frettolosa e indisponibile. Per carità, facciamo questo lavoro anche tre di noi e capiamo bene che ci possono essere momenti di stress dovuti dalle troppe cose da fare, ma non è una buona motivazione per essere antipatici con i clienti. Soprattutto se sono tranquilli e pazienti. Dopo che sbuffando perché abbiamo richiesto un tavolo in cui i cani non avrebbero disturbato il passaggio (e quindi diverso da quello in cui ci stava mettendo) ci fa accomodare al tavolo, viene un ragazzo a prendere l'ordine delle bevande. Essendo gli ultimi due di noi ancora in piedi perché appena arrivati chiedo di tornare dopo un minuto e niente, ci vengono portate le cose che in confusione aveva sentito e quindi neanche tutto giusto. Mai più visto. Passata quasi un'ora ci tocca fermare la ragazza per chiederle di ordinare da mangiare, che sorpresa ci risponde: "ah, pensavo che aveste già ordinato con il collega che avrebbe dovuto prendere l'ordine ma vabbé, ditemi pure". Bellissimo il menù e buone le pizze, anche se nulla di speciale. Avremmo voluto chiedere un dolce ma abbandonati a noi stessi abbiamo lasciato perdere finché si è dovuto alzare mio padre per andare a pagare e chiedere degli amari. Arrivano gli amari e chiediamo alla ragazza se poteva sparecchiarci i piatti, ne porta via tre perché da noi porti e nulla. Lascia la il resto senza più tornare. Quando poi per andare in bagno uno di noi chiede se potevano gentilmente togliere gli altri piatti viene risposto che sarebbe venuto un collega, mai arrivato. Inizia ad alzarsi la gente e vedi che mentre alcuni iniziano a chiudere, dei camerieri (tra qui sempre quella) si mettono a giochicchiare in sala tra loro per un pò di tempo, lasciando i tavoli abbandonati a se stessi e ancora tutti da sparecchiare. Sia quelli liberi che quelli con i clienti. Mi spiace perché non è mio solito scrivere recensioni negative ma spero che questa possa servire per migliorare. Nota di MERITO al cameriere con gli occhiali, capelli lunghetti e scuri, che l'abbiamo visto solo un attimo perché ci ha portato dell'acqua per i cani, ma che è sembrato davvero cortese e adorabile. Con un trattamento del genere non meriterebbe neanche per la pizza più buona al mondo, quindi fate attenzione al personale che è...
