I went here with the love of my life! This place was a one woman show, with our server taking orders, cooking, and bringing food out. She was friendly and spoke English well. The vibe was authentic, though a bit drab for how colorful and delicious the food was. It was difficult to choose from all the options, but we ended up with the spinach dish, a chickpea ratatouille with cous cous, jasmine rice, a savory plantain dish, and an olive chicken dish. All of them were excellent with unique flavors and we would definitely recommend any of the dishes, which were portioned generously. And, wowie, the hibiscus tea was hi-tastin'!!! A pleasant surprise in an Italian city, close to a laundromat if you need to get a bite to eat while you wait for your clothes to wash!...

Locale spazioso, arioso, colorato, tranquillo. Accoglienza gentilissima. La composizione dei cibi in esposizione viene spiegata accuratamente (e pazientemente). Nel corso del tempo ho provato tutte le pietanze, trovandole tutte buonissime (carne, verdure, riso, cuscus). Bevande varie, anche se oramai scelgo sempre il succo di carcadè (bissap). Prezzo onesto. In questo ristorante ho organizzato cene con alcuni gruppi e tutti si sono trovati benissimo (sia per il gusto, sia per la digeribilità dei cibi).. Consigliatissimo, anche per i motivi che seguono. A parte i modi sempre accoglienti di Oliva, Priscilla e Jacqueline, questa gastronomia, propone cibo saporito, non piccante, genuino e fatto sempre a regola d'arte. In famiglia siamo diventati ormai loro clienti abituali e, per chi non li avesse ancora provati, suggerisco in particolare il riso nigeriano col sugo a base di peperoni, nonché il cous-cous.
