Sushi Amabile Trieste — Restaurant in Trieste

It was a seriously good experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was just right, with a chill vibe and friendly yet not so talkative staff. The interior feels like a different country, in a positive way! The menu had a great selection, and everything sounded so fresh and delicious. The menu itself was not huge, but it had everything I thought of. Usually, menus are made in volumes to give you an illusion of choice, with the same tastes repeated all over again. I didn't have that sensation here, and I easily chose what I wanted. Although there were not so many fresh tuna options, I am satisfied with the alternatives. I decided to try a few different rolls, and each one was well crafted and very balanced with flavours. The nigiris are good. The uramakis are good. The tartares, onigiris, and tempuras are good. I have no complaints whatsoever. The presentation of the food was also very nice, very scenic. The whole meal felt extra special. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough if you're a sushi lover. There are plenty of parking spaces too, not only in front of the restaurant but also behind it. Just beware of the ramp, as it has an angle that may pose a threat to your already too much...

We went to check this new Sushi restaurant. Atmosphere: The place looks great, where you can have a little privacy at your table due to all dividers that are there between tables. Maybe they should add a little bit of light because it is quite dark (also in the toilet), but romantic on the other hand. The food was in the average as in all this"all you can eat" places. I took one star because in my opinion there are many more options with salmon than there are with tuna fish. Service: is super fast. We were there during the lunch hours and the restaurant was quite full, but nevertheless the plates were coming out really...

The restaurant itself is large and beautiful. Nice ambiance with darker lighting. Great ordering with a tablet, and a QR code so that others can order with their phones. The service itself is ok, the dishes were even 35 minutes late. The food was tasteless at times, the fried things tasted like old oil. The toilet was definitely too small for such a large restaurant, two spaces per gender. The ambiance was definitely great, I didn't like everything...
