Miyo Sushi — Restaurant in Turin

The fish was at least 4 days old The edamame beans were already chewed 🤢 We asked the waiter to explain us some parts of the menu in english, and not only the waiter just walked away without saying anything, they didn't call anyone to explain us properly Our table was attached to the people next to us, i wanted to stand up to go to the bathroom and i basically put my butt in their food They brought us 3 plates we didn't ask for, and when we said it to the waiter he took our tablet without saying anything, he saw that we didn't ask for it and he just walked away in silence ¿¿?? The bathroom floor was ALL sticky and wet The shimp was broken and looked like chewed Almost every plate had a limitation of 1 time per person, even the TUNA NIGIRI DO...

I went to Miyo Sushi restaurant based on the advertisement I saw, but unfortunately, my experience there was incredibly unpleasant. It became clear that their main priority is solely focused on making money, disregarding any concerns for customer satisfaction. The quality of the food was subpar, to the extent that I couldn't even eat certain dishes. Shockingly, they insisted that I pay for these uneaten items. What's more disheartening is that despite being there with my little girl, they showed no empathy or understanding towards our situation.

Rather than providing a pleasant dining experience, we were met with rude behavior and a complete lack of consideration. Given these distressing circumstances, I have absolutely no desire to return to Miyo Sushi restaurant...

Luogo al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Arredato con gusto, in modo inusuale, difficile non rimanere colpiti. Si ordina tutto tramite un comodissimo e facilissimo tablet (non spaventatevi, è a prova d'imbecille) molto intuitivo, con foto e spiegazione ingrendimenti, dove, una volta ordinato, ti dice anche lo stato del singolo piatto (in preparazione, consegnato) ti aggiorna anche il prezzo totale, a mano a mano che aggiungi esempio bevande, fuori menù, fichissimo!! Puoi ordinare 7 portate a testa, per poi, dopo 10min. poter ricominciare ad ordinare, questo permette sia di ordinare con moderazione ed iniziare a consumare senza preoccuparsi di avere esagerato, tanto appena vi arrivano e avete iniziato a mangiare, 10min sono passati e nel caso si può ordinare altro. I piatti arrivano veloci, sono ben preparati e d'ottima scena visiva. I ragazzi sono gentili, tolgono ciò che non serve al tavolo e velocissimi nel prestarti attenzione nel caso abbiate qualche richiesta. Noi eravamo 2adulti più una bambina di 3 anni, avendo prenotato per 3, erano segnati nel tablet 3 menù "all you can it", non hanno esitato a togliere subito la bambina lasciando 2 menù, senza fare storie, gentilissimi... In genere i menù all you can it, si cadono spesso nel ripetitivo e banale, qui invece potrete trovare anche soluzioni fresche e nuove, come tartufo, arancia, addirittura un "sushi dessert" FUTO FRUIT (frutta fresca e panna montata) nel mio caso, mango, riso, cacao e panna montata (buonissimo). Niente, ci siamo trovati bene in tutto, bagni puliti, ben curati, carta per le mani, asciugatori, non mancava nulla. Andate pure senza problemi, consigliatissimo, tavoli anche all'aperto... Locale in cui tornerò presto, prezzo normale, senza...
