Soogreen — Restaurant in Turin

I visited the other day and I'm not sure whose fault it was that the product I ordered ended up the way it did.

I first asked if the person behind the counter spoke english, and yes they did, I then went on to ask if they made their juice there with fresh ingredients, the answer was yes, I confirmed that I wanted it fresh another time.

I then asked if I could have a pineapple and mint juice, sure no problem. the person told me to go and wait at a table, they would bring it out when it was ready.

after a few minutes I got my drinks, they were completely green, there were drops of mint syrup on the cup, I tasted it and it was pure mint syrup, pure sugar, nothing fresh about it at all.

if you order here make very sure they get your order right, that you understand their replies, until I learn Italian, I will stay away from...

Totally overpriced and too many advertised ingredients are not in stock. Staff didn’t seem to know the menu well and were confused about what to put in my smoothie. They charged €6 for this tiny smoothie with pear, crunchy pieces of poorly-blended almonds, yogurt and coconut milk… oh wait they were out of coconut milk AND almond milk so they had to use soy milk instead. Nothing about this was worth €6. Go...

Credo che la valutazione di un locale dipenda da molti fattori oggettivi, tuttavia, non dobbiamo mai trascurare l’impegno e la dedizione delle persone che ci lavorano, a prescindere dal risultato raggiunto. Mi sono trovato per caso nel centro commerciale e nell’attesa ho preso un aperitivo e considerando che dovevo andare a cena ho chiesto uno stuzzichino non troppo abbondante ma che non fosse semplicemente patatine e noccioline. Le ragazze si sono consultate poiché la mia richiesta usciva dallo standard dei prodotti offerti dal locale, si sono subito impegnate per accontentarmi e si sono prese la responsabilità di uscire dalle regole (troppo rigide) del locale. Andrea (la più esperta) ha saputo gestire la situazione, si è preoccupata della mia soddisfazione e soprattutto si comportava come se fosse lei la proprietaria del locale (cosa improbabile considerando la sua giovane età). Dunque, suggerisco ai Titolari, di lasciare maggiore delega ai propri dipendenti e di ascoltare i loro consigli, sono loro che si confrontano con la clientela...
