Edit of previous review: Serious drop in service.. have been their regular customer but lately there has been a change over of staff, I don’t find the same service. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt everytime but kept getting let down. Worse was yesterday when the staff charged me for an item, gave completely different item, when asked I was told menu has changed. I kept questioning that but this is NOT what I ordered.. and they kept convincing me that menu has changed. They should know what’s not in their kitchen and not charge the customer. And on top, what they gave tasted terrible, I threw it away anyway. What a waste of time and money!! Am sorry on the receipt you cannot mark one item, charge customer for that item but then provide different item and on top of that NOT accepting the mistake!!! Not what I expected at all! I have seen staff working very hard in the recent past but this attitude only drives people away like me. Disappointed!
Been a regular to wiener haus everytime I visit lingotto. Nice atmosphere, good food but most importantly customer service is great! Angel definitely stands out in being an absolute star, so does Grace and all staff really. Nothing is a problem for them, they go above and beyond to make the customer comfortable and happy.. well done guys! Keep up the good work....

Questa sera ho fatto un ordine on line, con la semplice richiesta di togliere quattro ingredienti crudi dal mio panino, e se fosse stato possibile, al posto degli ingredienti tolti, di sostituirli con delle verdure cotte. Il panino che mi è stato consegnato era Vuoto...non solo non mi hanno accettato la richiesta della sostituzione delle verdure,ma il panino al suo interno era praticamente vuoto. Ho chiamato Wiener Haus e mi ha risposto una ragazza, che alla mia richiesta di parlare con un Responsabile, ha dichiarato di essere Lei la Responsabile e mi ha spiegato che gli ingredienti da sostituire sarebbero stati da pagare, ma quindi mi domando:"Le verdure cotte in più avrei dovuto pagarle,ma i quattro ingredienti in meno non dovevano essere scalati dal conto...?? Posso capire la politica delle catene, ma con questo comportamento perdete i clienti che solitamente hanno ordinano da Voi.... Non penso di aver fatto una richiesta strana,mi aspettavo eventualmente una telefonata, dove mi potevano comunicare che non potevano soddisfare la mia richiesta..... Onestamente far arrivare un panino pagato a prezzo pieno, completamente vuoto penso non sia proprio...
