Osteria del Fiat — Restaurant in Turin

This quaint restaurant is located near the Lingotto Conference and Exhibition Centre. It’s not close to the city center, but if you’re visiting the Lingotto complex, which used to be a Fiat car factory, this restaurant could be an excellent choice. The entire restaurant embraces the Fiat identity, as seen in the photographs.

The restaurant is always busy, which is a testament to the quality of the food. Besides the delicious daily menus, you can order other juicy Italian cuisine delicacies and enjoy excellent Italian wines. I studied abroad this semester and this restaurant was by far my FAVORITE restaurant in Torino. I've traveled all around Europe, Asia, the US and this is the best food I've had. I order the Agnolotti del Piln con Sugo D'Arrosto. It is amazing and during my studies I went here 2-3 times a week. I would also recommend getting their red house wine it is delicious! Il ristorante F.I.A.T fate in fretta a tavola di via Biglieri a Torino è molto carino con i pavimenti in legno e tutto un arredamento che volge alla marca di automobili fiat. I miei cognati lo avevano scelto come location per il pranzo annuale con tutti i parenti in occasione del natale. Però le sale sono piccole e loro vogliono stiparle il più possibile di gente. Cosa che ci ha fatto avere un tavolo dove in 12 stavamo mega stretti e per di più eravamo vicino all'entrata con conseguente ventata di aria gelida quando qualcuno entrava nel locale. In oltre per cinque sale stipate di gente avevano solo due cameriere. Io poi da mangiare ho preso la pasta e fagioli che era non più che passabile in quanto avrebbero potuto insaporirla un pochettino di più ed era un po' troppo acquosa. La mia porzione era piuttosto generosa al contrario di quelle degli altri, che erano un po' parche. Anche gli altri commensali della tavolata si lamentavano che le pietanze non erano il massimo. Poi quando è stata l ora di ordinare il dolce ci hanno lasciato almeno mezz' ora coi piatti sporchi sul tavolo. Che abbiamo dovuto tirarli assieme noi. Finalmente giunto il dolce, la torta 500, era almeno buona. Per fortuna. Come per fortuna avevo dietro molti giochi, fogli e pennarelli per intrattenere i bambini: per un pranzo senza eccessive pretese di fastosità abbiamo impiegato più di due ore. Di sicuro non mi rivedranno...
