We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken. There weren't enough staff to deal with the lunchtime rush. Just two girls that looked totally stressed. Everyone was telling the waitress their order was wrong so we decided to leave but then the waitress came. She brought our beer and dropped it all over me and my phone... I wasn't impressed. Brand new suit and my phone case ruined.. and I would have to spend the rest of the day wet and smelling of beer. She apologised and directed me to the bathroom - there were no paper towels. As Americans visiting an "American restaurant " overseas, we were expecting more familiar, authentic flavors on our menu. However, we discovered that the decorations, set-up, and menu printed style are very much like any hamburger texmex restaurant, BUT the flavor of the food was a disappointment.
