Roadhouse — Restaurant in Turin

They’ve lost a lot of quality over the last year. Let me explain: I’ve been to Roadhouse Lingotto many times, both for their all-you-can-eat options and regular menu orders, but I just don’t see the same quality I used to.

First, and in my opinion, the biggest issue, is the service. Over time, the servers have become noticeably ruder, less attentive to requests, and unfamiliar with the menu, house rules, or even the food itself. They often don’t come back to check on you, bring the wrong items, or simply forget your order. Plus, the experience gets even worse if you try to order in English. (I’ve ordered in both English and Italian, and speaking Italian definitely gets you better service.)

On top of that, the food quality,especially for the all-you-can-eat options, has gone downhill. Whether it’s chicken wings or pork ribs, you’ll get small portions, tough or unappealing cuts of meat, and missing or late-arriving sauces and sides. Drinks are overpriced and not worth it. (They even switched to tap water in reusable glass bottles, but now charge even more for water that doesn't taste good.)

I still go every now and then with friends, but I’ve stopped recommending this place. If you’re looking for a good American-style meal, I highly recommend the restaurant just upstairs, Old Wild West. You’ll get better service, tastier food, and more value for your time and money.

Not impressed at all, we arrived asking for a table for 8 and were seated and all seemed like this was going to be a good evening . We ordered and the drinks were served then the food, a member of staff knocked a glass of red wine over two of our friends and the member of staff apologised and cleaned up , she promised a replacement glass of wine which unfortunately never came, one of our group ordered a salad which never arrived and the endless rack of ribs are not that ! After leaving the table for over an hour the member of staff asked if any extra ribs were wanted to which it was requested and five ribs were brought on a plate then we were left alone again and not offered any further , so take don’t think you get endless ribs as it’s clear it’s a scam. We eventually got the bill and had been charged for the spilt glass of wine and salad that never came! When it was pointed out to the management about the spilt wine and lack of salad we were told it never happened , the member staff basically denied spilling wine over my friend, with lots of fuss the wine was discounted as was the salad. On the whole extremely poor customer service, and ok food leads to not a great dining experience. If I was eating out in Lingotto again I’d look elsewhere as KFC...

I recommend for you to stay away from the Chicken wings, I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I used to really enjoy their food. However, recently I've noticed a significant drop in the quality, particularly with their chicken dishes.

On my last three visits, I ordered the chicken wings and each time they were very disappointing. The first time, the wings arrived undercooked and still frozen inside with frozen fat visible. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and to their credit, they replaced the order. However, the second and third times I ordered the wings, the same issue occurred. This is a serious concern, and it makes me question the freshness and preparation of all menu items.

I've tried a wide variety of dishes on their menu, including burgers, ribs, steaks, and even their apple pie. It's a shame that the quality has declined so much. I hope they address these issues soon, as I'm hesitant to recommend or return until I'm confident that the food is being prepared safely and to a...
